Overview

We offer a full refund on returned items, subject to the conditions outlined below. All returns must meet our quality and timing requirements to be eligible for refund.

Return Eligibility

• Returns must be postmarked within 60 days of purchase
• Items must be in new and unused condition
• All original tags and labels must be attached
• Items in poor condition may incur fees or be returned at customer's expense

2. Package item securely in original packaging

Free Returns

Free returns available for mainland UK purchases made on our website when using our shipping labels.

Fair Usage Policy

Free returns cover 95% of orders. Exclusions apply to:

• Orders outside mainland UK
• Products valued under £15 total
• Orders over £1000 total
• Shipments exceeding 70kg
• More than 3 returns per customer within 30 days
• Clearance sale items

Important Notes

• Customers must use original packaging and protective materials
• Inadequate packaging may result in "loss of value" fees
• Customer-arranged returns must use tracked and insured shipping
• Promotional offers may be adjusted on partial returns

Shipping Charges

• Returns outside free returns policy: shipping charges non-refundable
• Customer responsible for return shipping costs and insurance
• Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged & Faulty Items

• Inspect orders immediately upon arrival
• Report issues within 7 days via email with photos
• Return damaged items in original packaging

Assembled Items

Returns not accepted on assembled desks and ready-made items. Inspect thoroughly before assembly.

Material Considerations

Raw steel table legs:

• Will rust over time naturally
• Should arrive with protective coating
• Require periodic rust cleaning if unpainted
• Rusted items cannot be returned

Outdoor Usage

Products suitable for outdoor use:

• Zinc table legs
• Stainless steel table legs
• All other products not rated for outdoor use
