• Orders placed before 2:00 PM are packed and shipped same day
• No collections or deliveries on weekends unless specifically upgraded at checkout
• Weekend delivery guidelines:
  • Orders before 2:00 PM Friday: Delivery same weekend
  • Orders after 2:00 PM Friday: Delivery following weekend
