Free returns available for mainland UK purchases made on our website when using our shipping labels.
Fair Usage Policy
Free returns cover 95% of orders. Exclusions apply to:
- Orders outside mainland UK
- Products valued under £15 total
- Orders over £1000 total
- Shipments exceeding 70kg
- More than 3 returns per customer within 30 days
- Clearance sale items

- Customers must use original packaging and protective materials
- Inadequate packaging may result in "loss of value" fees

- Rusted items cannot be returned

- ROBUST CONSTRUCTION: Solid Steel bar structure coated in a hardwearing powder coat finish perfect for use in commercial spaces or residential settings. Plastic feet ensure no damage to tiled floors.
